| Ashworth Appraisal Services is an independent real estate appraisal firm located in the Sierra foothills of California, with office locations in Auburn and Sutter Creek. We offer complete appraisal and appraisal related services for rural, residential, and multi-family use properties throughout Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, El Dorado, Amador, Calaveras, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, San Joaquin counties, and many surrounding areas. 
A family based business owned and operated by John Ashworth, we are a small firm but know our market area very well. Being very service oriented, we want to help you meet your real estate needs. We offer all types of appraisals and reporting options, and will help you determine what best and most cost effectively meets your needs; in many cases a short form and/or limited appraisal will suffice. We'll give you all the options. With the changing real estate market in California in the past few years, we have expanded our qualifications and services to meet the changing needs of our clients. In addition to a wide variety of standard residential appraisal offerings, we also now provide foreclosure, preforeclosure and bank-owned property appraisals. We also are now on the FHA approved appraiser list and can provide FHA and Reverse Mortgage appraisals. Ashworth Appraisal Services has an established network of qualified appraisers throughout California. Appraisers are selected and used based on their experience and the quality of their work product. Quality control and good communication ensure that their appraisal products maintain high standards. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any real estate related questions.
